SSN X NEH

A thoughtful and grounded collaboration between Sarah Sadie Newett & Nina Endrst.

Sarah and Nina are friends and colleagues who have a natural chemistry and genuine respect for one another. They are thrilled to join forces for a unique MONTHLY movement and coaching workshop offering in Westport, CT.

This 90 minute workshop is for women to gather with likeminded people, reconnect with their bodies and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

The theme is different every month but the structure will remain the same - 40 minutes of movement followed by 40 minutes of group coaching, meditation and reflection.

ABOUT SARAH

Sarah has always been a student of movement. A lifelong dancer turned aerialist, she turned to Pilates and Yoga in her professional years to learn the specifics of how women’s body’s work and how important it is to feel powerful, free and alive within them.

Women want what works and what feels best — connected, effective movement that creates structural strength and beautiful lines. Teaching privately for almost two decades has taught her to intuitively anticipate the needs of women’s bodies as well as their next movements. As a result, women come away from the work feeling accomplished in their minds and confident in the capacity of their bodies.

She works face-to-face with women 1:1 and in small groups, either in-studio or online. Women can also move on their own time through the SSN Method digital studio, no matter where in the world they are or how much time they have to focus on their movement. She is honored to work with young dancers to help fill some of the gaps that traditional dance, Pilates and yoga often miss.

Transforming bodies and mentoring movement teachers is her lifelong passion and calling. She’s had the privilege to lead and develop teacher training in aerial yoga, aerial dance, Pilates and flexibility, as well as own multiple boutique studios — her first in Aspen, CO and her current in Westport, CT.
