Mind Body Wise is a group coaching workshop thoughtfully designed to bridge the gap between our minds + bodies, to better support you in navigating life’s everyday challenges.
Over the last decade, I’ve worked with many people who face similar struggles but often feel very isolated in their experience. Community is powerful but unfortunately, increasingly rare in our modern day society. Gathering as a group for coaching & intentional movement offers new and different pathways for listening and learning about our minds & bodies.
MBW will be offered in partnership with likeminded practitioners in a pop up event format.
You will NOT be called out or put on the spot in this workshop.
You WILL be asked to show up with an open, curious mind and grace for yourself and others.
No matter the theme (which will change every session) our time will be thoughtful, empowering and leave you with plenty of tools to reach for when you leave.
How deep you dive is entirely up to you.
Mind
Thought exercises, honest conversation with likeminded people + writing prompts to encourage deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
Body
Intentional movement to strengthen the body & help regulate your nervous system.
Wise
Realistic practices & tools to use when you leave. Think of them as building blocks for a harmonious, intentional life. Wisdom grows through action and lived experience.

Where is it?
We will meet in person at our pop up location
MBW workshops are 2 hours.
What is The format?
A mix of coaching, movement (yoga or pilates) meditation and/or breathwork.
